1/2 cup of ham
1/2 bunch of fresh broccoli
4-6 servings prepared Minute rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix all together in a casserole dish which has been sprayed with vegetable oil.
- Bake until it is heated through. (I have simply heated in the microwave, too!)
